Our Commitment to Transparency

At ALTNICOLEGARRETT LLC, we believe honest communication is an important part of building a lasting relationship with our customers. We are a growing business, and we understand that creating more responsible products and processes is an ongoing effort rather than something that can be achieved overnight. We do not claim to have everything figured out, but we are committed to being open about where we are today, the improvements we are making, and the areas where there is still room to grow.

As our business develops, we regularly review the way we operate, from sourcing and manufacturing to materials, packaging, and environmental considerations. Our goal is to make thoughtful decisions wherever possible and continue finding practical ways to reduce unnecessary environmental impact. We believe progress comes from consistently identifying opportunities to do better and then turning those opportunities into meaningful action.

Responsible Manufacturing

The people involved in making our products are an important part of our business. We care about the conditions in which garments are produced and believe workers throughout our supply chain should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

To help maintain responsible manufacturing standards, our production partners are subject to independent assessments designed to evaluate social, ethical, and environmental practices. These evaluations may consider areas such as working conditions, employee welfare, workplace health and safety, labor standards, environmental management, and responsible business practices.

Our manufacturing network works with recognised industry standards and assessment frameworks, including Sedex, BSCI, SMETA, GRS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, and SLCP. These frameworks provide useful guidance for evaluating different aspects of responsible production and help us maintain greater visibility across our supply chain.

We also recognise that meeting a standard should be viewed as a foundation rather than the final destination. We look for manufacturing partners that demonstrate a genuine willingness to improve and, where possible, introduce programs or initiatives designed to positively influence the lives and working conditions of their employees.

Human Rights and Supply Chain Responsibility

Respect for human rights is an essential part of our approach to sourcing and production. ALTNICOLEGARRETT LLC recognises that issues such as forced labor, human trafficking, and modern slavery remain serious global concerns. We are committed to working toward a supply chain where individuals are treated with dignity and where responsible employment practices are respected.

Our approach involves looking beyond the finished product and considering the people and processes involved in creating it. We expect our partners to operate responsibly and to maintain appropriate standards within their facilities. As our business grows, we will continue working toward greater supply chain visibility and stronger responsible sourcing practices.

Our garments are currently manufactured across several international production regions. Our sourcing footprint includes Turkey, China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. Maintaining a diversified manufacturing network allows us to work with different production capabilities while continuing to evaluate the standards and practices of our individual partners.

Moving Toward Better Materials

Environmental responsibility is another area where we are continuing to make progress. We understand that the fashion and apparel industry has an environmental footprint, and we believe brands have a responsibility to consider how materials are sourced, used, and eventually disposed of.

One area of focus for ALTNICOLEGARRETT LLC is the gradual introduction of materials with improved sustainability characteristics. This includes exploring organic cotton, recycled fibers, and other material options that can help reduce reliance on conventional resources.

We believe meaningful change does not always happen through one major transformation. It can also come through many smaller decisions made consistently over time. For this reason, we continue to review our material choices and look for opportunities to incorporate more responsible alternatives without compromising the quality, comfort, functionality, or durability customers expect from our products.

Reducing Unnecessary Waste

We also consider what happens to products and materials that are created during the development process. Samples produced through our product development activities are not simply discarded whenever there is an opportunity to give them another purpose. Production samples from our head office are donated to organisations that can make use of them, helping extend their useful life and reduce unnecessary waste.

Packaging is another area where we are working toward improvement. We are exploring ways to increase the use of recycled materials across garment and accessory packaging and reduce the amount of unnecessary material used throughout our operations.

Our sustainability goals will continue to develop as new materials, technologies, and responsible production solutions become available. We are committed to reviewing our progress regularly and making practical improvements wherever possible.

Looking Ahead

We know that responsible business practices require continuous effort. Our objective is not to present sustainability as a finished achievement, but to openly share the steps we are taking and remain accountable for future improvements.

ALTNICOLEGARRETT LLC will continue evaluating manufacturing practices, material sourcing, packaging solutions, and supply chain standards as the company grows. We believe transparency means acknowledging both progress and limitations, while remaining willing to improve.

We appreciate the trust our customers place in us and want that relationship to be based on clear communication and responsible action. Our journey toward more ethical production, better materials, reduced waste, and greater environmental responsibility will continue to evolve, and we are committed to taking that journey one meaningful step at a time.
